Royal Rangers is a exciting opportunity for the boys and girls and young men and women to discover a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. This life-changing ministry is one of Singapore's lastest and foremost Christian mentoring programmes.
The Royal Rangers ministry utilizes both fun and accomplishment in ministering to them each week. It features indoor and outdoor activities including Camping, Recreation, First Aid, Crafts, Hobby Skills, Nature Study, Sports Achievements, Awards, Trips, World Missions, Bible Study and much more.
These activites are among the resourses used by Royal Rangers to build bridges to their hearts. The heartbeat of the ministry is to enable them to become more successful young men and women in every aera of their lives.
History Of Faith Royal Rangers (In Brief)
Royal Rangers was started in 1993 in Faith Assembly. The first Senior Commander was James Lim. He had served in this role for about 1 year. This ministry started with 4 commanders and about 15 children.
After which, Chin Wey Jake took over as Senior Commander and served about 3 years.
Later, Alvin Kok took over as Senior Commander in 2000. Praise the Lord for His faithfulness and provision in this ministry. Now, this ministry has grown. There are now 16 commanders serving in this ministry andhaving 50 children.
Gary Chan took over as Senior Commander in 2005. Let's pray that this ministry will continue to grow and reach out to all the 4 corners of the nation. Let's reach, teach and keep boys & girls for Jesus!
